Returns
Escopica.com does not accept returns on products once they have been received by the customer.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, Escopica.com offers a 48-hour window starting from the moment the frame is received by the customer. The frame must not have been used, and both the original packaging and the frame must be in perfect condition.
If the frame has already been fitted with prescription lenses and the original demo lenses have been removed, the exchange will not apply.
The customer must send an email with the exchange request to hola@escopica.mx, stating the reason for the exchange and selecting the frame they wish to receive as a replacement. Any unused balance—either because no suitable option is found or because the replacement frame is priced lower than the original purchase—will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.
If a third exchange is requested, the customer will have 48 hours from the moment they receive the second frame, and the exchange may only be carried out at Escópica’s physical store located at Colima 138, Roma Norte, Mexico City.
Warranties
Frames are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects will be determined by the brand/manufacturer. Only damage reported by the customer within two hours of receiving the frame will be considered.
If the damaged frame is no longer produced by the manufacturer, the customer will receive a store credit to be used toward another purchase from the same brand.
Escopica.com is not responsible for any damage to a frame that has been handled or altered by a laboratory outside of our own.
